Left home at 7.30 and clicked just over 8km. No plan but ended up walking to end of town and few extra blocks to get over the line.9th may
Not a lot of kms done today as my walking buddy had her 4th birthday.8th May

Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. It's the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
