Daily walking
I started off walking short walks 7 minutes everyday for last 3 months. I can now walk 15 minutes daily because walking helps with circulation of blood oxygen and nutrients around your entire body. It is good for heart health it is good for circulation. Come on my team "Just walk dont Talk" come walk its free and voluntary for 1 month. This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.
Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. It's the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
