HI friends and family I'm walking 42 km in May to raise money to help save Kiwi Hearts ❤️
I've been working for the Heart Foundation ❤️ for almost 3 years.
Prior to this I've worked for over 10 years in Cardiac Cath labs in Hamilton. Where I have  seen so many people coming in for stents, pacemakers, heart rhythm problems, heart valve problems. 
Heart disease can strike any one any time. The more we can make people aware of their heart health the better. ❤️
Unfortunately we have a strong family history of heart disease in our family on our Dad's side. You can't change your genetics but you can reduce your risk with lifestyle changes. 

Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts

This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.

Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. It's the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.

Please make a donation to support my challenge and help save Kiwi hearts.
