Double Donations Day! Lunchtime Walk.

I went for a lunchtime walk in my Heart NZ T-shirt to help raise awareness. Our team are keeping in touch and hyping each other up - it's great fun and I'm so proud of them. This challenge is for such a good cause and has been a great excuse to get outside and get moving! Loving this challenge so far.

Walked 5km Today!

Went for a hilly 5k walk after finishing my mahi for the day. After being at a desk all day it was great to get out and see the sunset. Thanks for all the support so far! Means the world 🌏

Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts

This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.

Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. It's the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.

I am walking 42km's this May to raise money to support people living with heart disease. Our team 'Heart of Joy' is named in support of my Nana Joy. I am doing this for my Nana, my Dad, my whānau, and in memory of my Grandad Neil. I am very grateful for my beautiful friends who are joining me on this fundraising challenge.
