Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts
In September 2023 I accidentally found out I had heart disease and would need surgery. I had open heart surgery in February 2025 and am currently 10 weeks Post Op.
I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives. And to also raise awareness.
Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. It's the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
