Support our challenge to save Kiwi hearts and say 'thank you' to the Heart Foundation
This May we're taking on MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.
We're also taking part to raise awareness about heart disease and the amazing mahi of the Heart Foundation.
We realised the importance of this recently when Barry had a "massive heart attack" and a quadruple bypass.
He knew the symptoms and sought medical help when something wasn't right. Now he's well on the mend thanks to the outstanding medical professionals in Westport, Nelson and Wellington who were part of his care.
Heart Foundation resources have been a huge help and support to us throughout this journey, so we're taking on this challenge to give something back.
