Support my team - Rocking Midlife with Heart - to help save Kiwi hearts!
This May, I'm stepping up for hearts – literally – by taking on MyMarathon to walk 42kms and raise funds for life-saving heart research. And I’m not doing it alone – I'm leading the Rocking Midlife with Heart team because, well, we midlifers have plenty of heart to go around!
Every 90 minutes, a Kiwi loses their life to heart disease – the single biggest killer in New Zealand. That stat shook me. But together, we can fight back. Your donation will help fund research that saves lives, supports recovery, and gives more people a second chance at life.
Whether you join us by hitting the pavement or hitting “donate,” you’ll be part of something powerful. Let’s win the race against heart disease, one step at a time.
