Putting our hearts out there to help the people who need heart help.


The heart foundation need as much help as they can get, so it is up to people like us to carry some of the load, whether its is with donations, education or support in the home or comm

i work with seniors on a daily basis as a Strength and Balance instructor, and so helping them and educating people to look after themselves and seek medical help if they are struggling with their breathing or Heart related symptoms and get checked out by a cardiologist if necessary and encourage people to read the signs early,
