Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts

This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.

My Grandad passed away 14 years ago from a Heart Attack. He had Rheumatic Fever as a child which weakened the valves in his heart. He had surgery for one valve, he then slipped through the recall system. A few years later he needed surgery for his other valve, but that required a specialist from the US, but to have that specialist there needed to be 7/8 other people, so he unfortunately missed out. He passed 2 years later on his way home from work. 

This is important to me because I miss my Grandad and wish I could have had longer time with him. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated as I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on time they can spend with loved ones.
