Aiming to try do 5km each day to get toward my goal. I take photos of myself and the treadmill to be accountable. As much as I’m going to try to run it all - I’m conscious of my knee and may have to do some walks.And so it begins../ Training day 1

Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. It's the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
