The Geoffrechaun walks among us
This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.
Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease. If you know me you'll be aware that I've had heart attacks that have been stented, you'll also know of my quad bypass after that, it was great medical care and intervention that has allowed me to continue my life journey and there's still plenty of it to go.
