Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts
This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.
At the beginning of April, my gorgeous cousin, Rieko, was airlifted to Starship hospital at just over a week old. He was quickly prepped for open heart surgery, and diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Artesia.
Rieko is trucking along and putting up an epic battle, but there’s still a long way to go.
I’m taking part in this challenge in support of Rieko, the Mahoney-Iro family, and kiwis nationwide who are also in a fight against heart disease.
Any donations and support from you would be appreciated as I tackle 100km over the month of May!
