Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts
Hi, my name is Charlotte and I am currently taking part in the Heart Foundation’s MyMarathon challenge this May – which for me, involves running 42km during the month of May (which is a large feat given I’m not much of a runner!) to raise money for the Heart Foundation. Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease which shows how crucial it is to help fund life-saving research that makes a real difference for people living with heart disease.
I decided to
sign up for this challenge in honour of my dad who passed away late last year
of heart disease. The Heart Foundation did a great deal for my dad, so I jumped
at the opportunity to try and give back to them on his behalf, and to hopefully
help those who are in a similar position.
