The Tagalog term 'Ahon' means to rise or to overcome a challenge. Tagalog is one of the major languages in the Philippines.

This May, Team Ahon will be taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research to save lives.

It is our fervent wish that Kiwis whose lives have been changed by heart disease will ahon as victors in their fight against the single biggest killer in New Zealand.

We, Team Ahon, welcome members from all nationalities, creed and religion. We are Kiwis for Kiwis.
